Shutter Speed

So for shutter speed, I decided to take a picture of a wind mill, and my partner blew on it, so I was able to capture the motion of the wind mill spinning due to her breath and the air. As the shutter speed number gets lower, the less motion is seen from the objet. As the number gets higher, the more blur and more motion is seen.
